VITEEE Syllabus 2021

New Update on 06-07-2021: VITEEE Syllabus 2021 - VIT Vellore has issued the official VITEEE Syllabus 2021 in online mode. Vellore Institute of Technology prescribes the VIT Exam syllabus every year. However, this year, the admissions to the university will be based on the JEE Main 2021. VITEEE is an engineering entrance examination. Candidates willing to appear for VITEEE must study from the syllabus. Many students undertake VIT Entrance Exam. Hence, the level of competition is tough. Preparation Tips for VITEEE 2021

It takes time, dedication, and the right strategies to prepare for any competitive exam. Aside from studying the recommended books for each subject or enrolling in tuition coaching classes, here are some approaches students can take to prepare for each section of the VITEEE:

Perfect practise makes perfect.

The value of practise cannot be overstated or understated. Start solving mock test papers as if you were in the exam hall taking the test if you want to be fully prepared for the day of your exam. Solve them at least twice a week and try to finish the paper in the allotted time of 2.5 hours.

Understand the examination

Before you begin preparing for VITEEE, you must thoroughly understand the syllabus for each section. The exam pattern is also important because it will give you an idea of what to expect. For the best analysis, go through the previous years' question papers.

Improve your speed.

To be successful in any competitive exam, one must prepare in such a way that they can solve the most problems in the shortest amount of time. One method is to practise, but another method is to learn the tricks, shortcuts, and formulas. Keep a separate notebook to record all of the new techniques you've discovered.

Make a preparation plan.

After thoroughly understanding the syllabus, set aside some time in your daily schedule to devote to VITEEE preparation based on the topics you found difficult or easy. It may take some time to adjust to the plan, but after a few days, you will feel at ease.

Ascend the ladder

During the mock exams, candidates must attempt to solve the paper based on the level of difficulty. Prioritize the questions that are easiest for you. After you've finished those, move on to the moderately difficult questions, and finally the difficult ones. Understand that it is rare to be able to answer all of the questions, so don't be disheartened if you are unable to answer some.

Important Instructions During the Exams

  • Your information, including your name and photo, will be displayed. Examinees will have 10 minutes before the start time to enter their username. After entering your password, click the sign in button to log into your system.
  • After reading the instructions, click the “I am ready to begin” button to begin the timer.
  • Candidates can navigate to any question by clicking on the question numbers displayed on the right side of the screen.
  • Candidates must select one correct answer from the four options provided. If a wrong answer is selected by accident, clicking the “clear response” button will cancel the selected option.
  • To save your answer, click the "save and next" button and move on to the next question. If you are unsure of the answer, you can mark it by clicking the "mark and review" button.
  • You can only submit your paper after the deadline has passed. If you are unable to finish the paper, it will be automatically submitted once the time limit has expired. Following the submission of your paper, a list containing the number of questions answered, not visited, and marked for review will be generated.

Yes, the questions are strictly based on the chapters that are prescribed in the VITEEE syllabus. No other chapters are included. You can follow the syllabus and keep practising the previous years question papers to have a proper idea of the VITEEE exam.

2. What are the most important topics for scoring well in VITEEE 2021?  

Just go through the syllabus released by VIT and ensure that you have covered everything. Read NCERT properly and be thorough with each of the chapters.
