Who are Eligible to Appear for VITEEE 2019?
Students should know all the eligibility conditions related to VITEEE 2019 before applying for examinations. Some of the VITEEE Eligibility Criteria are listed below.
- Nationality
All students belonging to any nationality can apply for VITEEE exams. NRI and foreign students can also apply VITEEE 2019 exams. Foreign students can apply using Foreign National Application Form.
- Age
All students who are born on or after 1st July 1997 can apply for VITEEE 2019.
- Qualification
- All the students who are appearing for the exam should have passed 10+2 exam in either state board, CBSE or ICSE.
- Students with High School Certificate from Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma from International Baccalaureate Office at Geneva.
- Students who had completed pre-university exam or intermediate exam under any recognized University or Board can apply for the exam.
- Students who had completed General Certificate Education which is commonly known as GCE from Cambridge or London or Sri Lanka with advanced A level.
- Students from National Institute of Open Learning can also apply for VITEEE.
- Qualifying Marks
- Students should have scored at least 60 percent or above in maths or biology, chemistry and physics in 10+2 exams.
- Students who belong to SC or ST category should have scored 50 percent in all the above subjects.
What is VITEEE Eligibility Criteria for NRI and Foreign Students?
There are certain VITEEE Eligibility Criteria for NRI and foreign students. The students who satisfy the conditions will be able to apply for VITEEE 2019 exams. Some of the VITEEE Eligibility Criteria are listed below.
- All students should have studied in english medium institution.
- Students should have scored 60% in all subjects.
- Students should have completed 10+2 or equivalent exams with subjects physics, chemistry, maths or biology.
Who are Eligible for Admissions in VIT Campus?
Students who had successfully qualified in the VITEEE 2019 exams are eligible for VITEEE counselling. All the qualified candidates will be called for based on their ranks given in VITEEE results. Based on the counselling, seats are alloted and admission are completed.
