UPSEE Application Form 2019 will be available online mostly in the third week of January 2019. Students should fill UPSEE Application Form 2019 with utmost care. Recheck all the provided details before submitting UPSEE Application Form 2019. Registration process is completed only when the payment is made.
- Printing the confirmation page
Students should download and print the confirmation page.

Information on UPSEE Application Form 2019 Correction
Candidates are given an opportunity to make certain changes to the already submitted UPSEE Application Form 2019. This can be done during the specified period. Mostly the correction can be made from last week of March 2019 to first week of April 2019. Dates are yet to be announced. Students should check the official updates to know the correction dates. Only certain changes will be allowed like exam centre. To make the changes, students should login using their application number and password. This correction process can be done online. Some of the changes to the following information listed below are not possible.

To Retrieve Application Number
- In the official website, click “Forgot Application number”.
- You will have to enter some details like name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth.
- You will receive security pin and it is to entered.
- By submitting the details, your UPSEE application number will be displayed.
To Retrieve Password
- In the official website, click “Forgot Password”.
- A new link will be sent to your registered email address.
- By clicking the link, you will be taken to a page where you will prompted to create a new password that can be used in future.
