New Update on 14-03-2023: TANCET 2023 - The TANCET 2023 admit card was made available on March 11, 2023. As of March 4, 2023, the status of the application form has been made public. Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Exam is known as TANCET. The Tamil Nadu government has given Anna University permission to host TANCET. For applicants seeking admission to master's level programmes in the state of Tamil Nadu, a state-level admission test is held. Candidates may be admitted to a variety of postgraduate programmes, including MCA and MBA. For admission into M.Tech/ M.E/ M.Arch/ M.Plan programmes, CEETA PG test has been adopted by Anna University.

TANCET Eligibility Criteria 2023

Candidates should be residents of Tamil Nadu. However, candidates belonging to other states will also be eligible if they satisfy the eligibility conditions set by the authorities. |
Qualifying Exam |
Candidates should have qualified B.E./B.Tech/B.Arch in relevant discipline. OR Candidates should have completed a Master's degree in the relevant branch of Science. OR Candidates should have passed 10+2+AMIE* or 10+3 years of the diploma awarded by the State Board of Technical Education + AMIE*. |
Qualifying Marks |
Candidates must score at least 50% marks in the 10+2 examination. However, the minimum percentage marks for SC/ST candidates is 45%. |
GATE |
Candidates who have qualified GATE in 2018/2019/2023 and have valid scorecards will be eligible to apply. However, if a candidate has passed the GATE examination in Engineering Sciences (XE) or Life Sciences (XL) papers, he/she will have to attempt TANCET 2023. |

TANCET 2023 Syllabus
MBA
Questions asked in the MBA paper from various topics that will test the Student's ability and skills.

MCA
The questions in the paper will ask from various sections – Analytic Reasoning, Quantitative Ability, Computer Awareness, and Logical Reasoning. Also, questions based on verbal activity, basic science, etc.
M.E./M.Arch./Plan/M.Tech:

Section 1 will contain topics in Engineering Mathematics. The Topics based on Calculus and Differential Equations, Transforms, Numerical Methods, Vector Calculus, Determinants and Matrices, and Applied Probability.

TANCET 2023 Admit Card

Candidates can download the admit cards through online mode. No, admit cards will send to the candidate through post or offline mode.

The TANCET admit card will have details such as the candidate's name, date and time of the exam, photograph, exam centre, etc. If the applicant loses their admit card, they can get a duplicate copy of the admit card by paying a certain amount of fee-paying through DD.
TANCET 2023 Answer Key
Aspirants can check the correct answers to the questions asked at the entrance. Also, applicants can calculate their expected marks for the exam. To calculate the score, students have to first go through the marking scheme of the question paper.
