What is SVUCET 2020?

SVUCET 2020 Exam is an university level entrance exam that is conducted once in every year and is devised to inspect and take in aspirants who have a passion to pursue PG Courses. SVUCET 2020 is conducted by the Sri Venkateswara University (SVU). SVUCET 2020 gives way for aspirants to take up Regular (R) and Self-Finance (SF) PG courses.

What are the eligibility criteria for SVUCET 2020?

A candidate who wants to appear for the SVUCET 2020 must satisfy the eligibility criteria set by the authorized body. The candidates must make sure that they meet all the criteria before they apply for the SVUCET 2020. The eligibility is discussed below:

Candidates should have passed their qualifying exam with a minimum of 40% marks in the concerned subject.
An exception is for candidates applying for MSc Tech in Hydrogeology course candidates who should have a score of minimum 50% marks in MSc.
To those candidates, applying under SC/ ST quota, a pass in the qualifying exam makes them eligible
For M.Ed programme, candidates must have a score in minimum of 50% aggregate marks in their UG B.Ed course.
Candidates who are about to write their final year qualifying examination are also eligible to take the tests adding they pass their exams with required minimum marks by the time the SVUCET 2020 admissions take place.
For PG courses where the admission is based on the degree as a whole, the aggregate percentage in the group subjects should be 40 per cent.

Payment can be made by debit card, credit card or net banking which is Rs.400 for candidates belonging to OC/BC/Others and Rs.300 for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH.
Candidates should not forget to take a printout of the Application Form and send it to the below mentioned address as a hard copy.

When will the SVUCET 2020 Admit Card be released?

What is the SVUCET 2020 Exam Pattern?

SVUCET Exam Pattern 2020 states the entrance examination will be conducted in offline mode. Candidates have to provide answers on the Optical Mark Reader (OMR) answer sheet by darkening the relevant circles with a Ballpoint pen (Blue/Black).

The SVUCET Exam would commence for about 1.5 hours.
There would be 3 sections in the Question paper namely sections -A, B, C. Section A and B will contain 30 questions each and C will contain 40 questions.
There will be a total of 100 questions in the Exam.
1 mark is provided for every right answer.
No negative marking is followed during Exam correction.
Questions will be of Multiple Choice Question type.

When will the SVUCET 2020 Exam be held?

SVUCET 2020 Exam is an entrance exam conducted for aspirants who wish to take up PG Courses. SVUCET 2020 is authorized under the Sri Venkateswara University (SVU). SVUCET 2020 Exam will allow aspirants to enroll them to take up Regular (R) and Self-Finance (SF) PG courses.
