Pearson- the PTE AcademicTM has not laid down any specific PTE Academic Eligibility Criteria 2021 related to an academic qualification. However, the exam conducting body has set age criteria for the candidates who appear for the exam. As per the PTE Academic Eligibility Criteria 2021, the appearing candidates should be at least 16 years of age before they appear for the PTE 2021 Academic test. Candidates who are between 16-17 year are required to produce certificates of parental consent to appear in the exam.   • In order to register the candidates are required to provide Personal Information, Contact information, and Additional information.

  • On completing the registration process successfully, the candidates will receive an email within 48 hours from Pearson with your login details.

  • In the next step, the candidates are required to search for the nearest test centre.

  • Candidates need to sign in using the provided login details to schedule the test.

  • After providing the required details and selecting time, date, and slot, the candidates should proceed to the checkout button.

  • Applicants must make payment and finalize the booking.

Important Points to Remember

  • Candidates should use Roman characters while registering.

  • Candidates should provide the correct Name and Date of Birth (DOB) as it appears on the identification that one intends to produce on the day of the exam. 

  • If the Candidate's name or DOB appears differently on the ID than what was entered during the registration process, the candidate can be refrained from appearing in the PTE Academic 2021 test.

PTE 2021 Fee Structure

PTE Academic 2021 exam fee structure varies across countries. In India, the PTE Academic Exam's standard application fee is Rs.13,300, including 18% GST. In case of Late Booking, the fee amounts to Rs.16,225. Candidates can make the payment for the PTE Academic 2021 exam via debit card (MasterCard® or Visa ® only) or credit card (American Express ®, Visa®, MasterCard®, or JCB®).

PTE Academic Exam Pattern 2021

PTE Academic Exam is a computer-based Test. It covers a range of subjects. The test is basically meant to evaluate the English language proficiency of the appearing candidate. The total duration of PTE-A 2021 is 3 hours. There are three main parts in the PTE-A test

  • Speaking and Writing (merged together)

  • Listening

  • Reading

There will be 20 different question formats, ranging from multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to essay writing, interpreting information, pie charts and graphs. PTE Academic 2021 Test Centre

PTE Academic Result 2021

PTE 2021result will be declared via an online account. Candidates will receive the PTE Academic Result 2021 in the form of an email notifying them about the score availability. When the candidate receives the same, he/she should log in to the Pearson VUE account that was created while registering for the test. The PTE Academic 2021 score will be accepted by 6,000 academic institutes across the globe and by Australia for Visa purposes as well.

PTE Academic scores will be valid for up to 2 years from the date of the exam. After its expiry, the PTE Academic scores will be automatically removed from the site and no longer be visible. Typically, PTE Academic Results will be declared within 5 business days. The exam conducting authority does not set any specific minimum PTE score for admission to institutions as the institutes follow individual selection procedures.
