What is the Eligibility for the Pondicherry university 2019 Exam?

Aspirants must Know the Eligibility Conditions before applying the exam.

For PG Courses:

Candidates should complete the bachelor's degree in any discipline from the recognized university.
Minimum Marks: Pass the qualifying exam with at least 50% or 55% marks as per the course.

For MBA Courses:

Aspirants Possessed B.Tech or B.Sc IT or BCA or BE or B.Com (Computer Applications) or any other bachelor's degree.
Minimum Marks: Pass the above examination with a minimum of 55% marks.

For Ph.D. Courses:

Candidates should complete the master's degree (under 10+2+3 or 10+2+5 pattern) in the subject concerned or the allied subject.
Minimum Marks: Pass the above exam with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent grade).

What are the steps to fill the application form for Pondicherry University?

Step 1: Open the official website link. (pondiuni.edu.in)

Step 2: Click on Admission to PG/ Ph.D. programmes link.

Step 3: Read all the given instructions carefully. After that, click on the proceed button.

Step 4: Fill your personal, educational, qualification, and experience (If any) details.

Step 5: Applicants Upload your recent passport size photograph & signature in a given format.

Step 6: After filling all details & image uploading, click on the Submit button.

Step 7: Now, log in with a unique Login ID & Password, which gets in your registered email ID & mobile number.

Step 8: Select the course & discipline as per your preferences.

After that, click on the Proceed button. Aspirants should pay the application fee through online or offline mode.

Step 9: Click on the Preview button to view your filled application.

If you wish to appear more than one course, then repeat the same process with the same Email ID.

Exam Pattern

Mode of Exam: The exam will conduct through online mode.
Number of Questions: 100 questions will ask in the exam.
Type of Question: Multiple choice type questions will appear in the test.
Duration of Exam: 120 minutes will provide for the whole question paper.
Marking Scheme: 4 marks will provide for the correct answer.
Negative Marking: 1 mark will deduct for each incorrect answer.

The candidates who appeared in the Pondicherry University entrance exam 2019 can view their results from June 19, 2019. Candidates can check their Pondicherry University Result 2019 vis online by entering the Online application number & date of birth details.

Pondicherry University Admission Process- 2019

The University admission to PG courses (except LL.M) offered based on entrance exam results. For LLM Course, the selection based on the Exam, Group Discussion, Presentation & Personal Interview. The NET/JRF Eligible Student with fellowships will give direct admission to the Ph.D. program.
The final Process is the verification of the original documents. The University Counseling has started on June 26, 2019.
No individual admission intimation will send to the selected/waitlisted candidates.
