NCHMCT JEE 2021 Educational Qualification

Eligibility requirements

  • Qualified 12th class with English as a subject (core/elective/ functional). 
  • Those in 10+2 or equivalent examinations can also participate in NCHM JEE 2021 exam but their participation is counted as provisional. The provisional admission stand will be cancelled if aspirants dont submit proof of having passed the qualifying exam. 
  • The final admission is subject to document verification of original certificates/ documents which includes verification of caste/ category certificate at the time of admission. 

List of exam equivalent to 10+2

  • Plus two level exam in 10+2 exam pattern of Senior Secondary Education of recognized central/ state Board/Central Board of Secondary Education/Council for India School Certificate Examination/State Board of Secondary Education/Intermediate or two year Pre-University Exam conducted by recognized University/ Board/General Certificate (GCE) Exam (Cambridge/ London/ Sri Lanka) at Advanced (A) level/High School Certificate Exam of Cambridge University. 
  • Any Public School/ University/ board Exam in India or a Foreign country recognized by the Association of Indian Universities/ Council of boards of School Education (COBSE) as equivalent to the 10+2 pattern of Senior Secondary Education.  
  • Senior Secondary School Exam organized by National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) along with State Board of Open schooling. It should include a minimum of five subjects including English as a subject. 
  • HSC Vocational Exam approved by NCVT and SCVT of the respective state/ Union Territory.

NCHMCT JEE 2021 Age Limit

Category

Age Limit (as of July 01, 2021)
General, General EWS, OBC 25 years
Should be born on or after July 01, 1996, are eligible. 
Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe 28 years
Should be born on or after July 01, 1993, are eligible. 
Physically Challenged Candidates 28 years
Should be born on or after July 01, 1993, are eligible. 

Note:
The DOB should be as such in the Secondary Education Board/Pre-University Certificate which acts as authentic proof of the candidate’s age. During counselling, carry a certificate as proof of age.

Note – Issuance of NCHMCT JEE 2021 admit card does not mean that the form has been accepted. Eligibility is verified during admission.

NCHMCT JEE Physical Fitness

Eligible candidates must submit a physical fitness certificate which is proof that the candidate is capable of doing practical claims as to the course requirement. The physical fitness certificate must be approved by a Registered Medical Practitioner in the right format.
