Overview of MAT

Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a national entrance exam which is conducted in India since 1998. MAT is conducted by the All India Management Association (AIMA) for admission to MBA and allied programmes across various B-schools in India. MAT was approved by the Ministry of Human Resource Development in the year 2003. MAT is offered 4 times in a year (February, May, September, and December). What is the Eligibility Criteria of MAT?

Aspirants who are willing to apply for MAT 2019 December exam should check the eligibility criteria before the MAT registration. Candidates who meet the eligibility can apply for MAT and the applications don’t meet the eligibility criteria will be rejected by the officials. The eligibility criteria for MAT 2019 is as follows, 

  • Graduates in any discipline are eligible to apply.
  • Final year students also apply for MAT and those candidates should submit a certificate from the Principal or Registrar of the College mentioning that they have completed their graduation or its equivalent qualification on the date of issue of a certificate.
  • No age limit to apply for MAT exam.

What are the documents to keep ready while MAT Registration?

Candidates have to apply for MAT 2019 December exam after checking the MAT eligibility. Aspirants who are going to apply for MAT 2019 should keep the following documents ready along with them, 

  • Valid Email Id 
  • Scanned image of the photograph in the prescribed size (40 to 100 kb)
  • Scanned image of the signature in the prescribed size (10 to 40 kb)
  • Credit Card/Debit Card (ATM Card) or Net Banking details

How to Apply for MAT Entrance Exam 2019?

MAT 2019 registration for December month exam will commence soon. Candidates who apply for MAT within the mentioned date will be eligible to attend MAT 2019 December exam. Following are the steps to apply for MAT Entrance exam 2019,

  2. Click on the link that mentioning MAT 2019 
  3. The MAT registration form will be open
  4. Fill in all the required fields without any error
  5. Upload the necessary documents and photographs in the prescribed size and format
  6. Submit the application form
  7. Pay the mentioned application fee
    • For Paper-Based Test(PBT) - Rs. 1550/-
    • For Computer-Based Test (CBT) -  Rs. 1550/-

What is the Exam Pattern for MAT 2019 December exam?
