Maharashtra Agriculture Admission 2020 - The officials of Maharashtra Council of Agricultural Education and Research (MCAER) conduct and publish the Maharashtra Agriculture Admission 2020 details for students who wish to apply for the preferred course can visit the official website of Maharashtra Council of Agricultural Education and Research (MCAER). The MCAER UG Admission 2020 Application Form has been Released on August 18th 2020. Maharashtra Agriculture Admission 2020 offers admission for B.Sc Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry courses. The application form will be available soon after the entrance exams of MHT CET, JEE Main, NEET, and ICAR AIEEA which have been delayed and should be submitted before the last date which is yet to be announced. Admission 2022 - FAQ
Candidates need to give MCAER CET exam to secure admission in MSc agriculture course offered in colleges/ universities in the state of Maharashtra.
Agriculture courses in which aspirants can secure admission on the basis of their score in MCAER CET are listed below: MSc Agriculture MSc Horticulture MSc Forestry MFSc Fisheries Science MTech Food Technology MSc Agricultural Biotechnology MTech Agricultural Engineering MSc Home Science MBA Agriculture MSc Post-Harvest Management.
MCAER CET application fee to be paid by general category students from the state of Maharashtra, as well as any other state in the country, is Rs 600. On the other hand, the application fee to be paid by reserved category students is Rs 300. A point to note here is that the MCAER CET application fee mentioned here is to be paid for each MCAER CET exam that the student opts to appear for.
Any candidate who wants to secure admission in any course offered at State Agricultural Universities (SAUs) in Maharashtra need to appear for the MCAER CET exam. Candidates cannot secure admission in any PG level course offered at SAUs if they do not have a valid MCAER CET score/ rank.
