ICSI Exams 2020 - The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) had discontinued the CS Foundation program, and the official notice issued regarding this ICSI Exams 2020 on its website had mentioned that CS Foundation program has been replaced with CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET). ICSI Exams 2020 - The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) official notice issued ICSI Exams 2020 on its website had mentioned that CS Foundation programme has been replaced with CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET). Students now have to take CSEET for registration to Executive Programme. If a student or their immediate relative gets infected with the Covid 19 virus between the period of November 20, 2020, and December 30, 2020, they can avail the opt-out facility by submitting the COVID 19 positive report as evidence. Students are required to submit the online form as a formal request. The last date to submit the request is January 15, 2021. Candidates who have completed Class 12 will be eligible to appear in CSEET. The ICSI Exams 2020 will be conducted in Computer-Based Mode. Students will be exempted from qualifying CSEET if they have cleared ICAI and ICMAI final course. ICSI stands for Institute of Company Secretaries of India and it regulates the profession of company secretaries in India. ICSI Eligibility Criteria 2020

Executive Programme:

Now CSEET will be a mandatory qualifying test for all categories of students for registration to Executive Programme except a few exempted categories.

The candidate's age must not be less than 17 years on the date of application
To be eligible for CSEET, candidates must have completed Class 12
Graduate/Post Graduate candidates who were eligible to seek registration directly to Executive Programme will also have to qualify CSEET to become eligible for registration to Executive Programme.

Exams 2021 - FAQ

1. What are the minimum qualifying marks of ICSI exams?

Candidates must score at least 40% marks in each paper and 50% aggregate marks in order to qualify in the ICSI exams.

2. Who is eligible for ICSI exams?

Candidates must have cleared 10+2 to enter the CS Foundation programme. Graduates and post graduates can directly apply for the CS Executive programme.

3. I’m a student of Science stream. Can I apply for ICSI exams?

Yes, candidates from any stream can appear for ICSI exam 2020 except candidates with a graduation in fine arts.

4. Are CS exams postponed 2020?

CS exam 2020: In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has postponed Company Secretaries June, 2020, session examinations. The institute had earlier postponed the June examinations to July and further to August due to the outbreak of COVID- 19 in the country.
