HPCET 2020 Application Form Last Date Extended

New Update: HPCET 2020 Application Form - Himachal Pradesh Technical University has released the HPCET Application Form 2020. The last date to submit HPCET 2020 application form BT(Lateral), BP(Lateral), and all PG Courses is extended till 22nd October 2020, and Candidates can submit their application forms for B.Tech and B.Arch courses, in online mode only. Candidates seeking admission in B.Tech courses in institutes of Himachal Pradesh have to fill HPCET Application Form 2020. The procedure of application consists of registration, application filling, payment of fee, and submission. HPCET 2020 for admission in the B.Tech course is done based on JEE Main scores, and 10+2th qualifying examination marks due to the COVID-19 pandemic. HPCET Application Form 2020

The HPCET 2020 for admission in the B.Tech course will be conducted in offline mode across various test centers of the country. Students who will qualify the exam will be considered for admission, subject to meeting other eligibility. What is HPCET Eligibility Criteria 2020?

Students must have passed/appeared in the final year of qualifying exam/ class 12 or its equivalent examination from any recognized board.

Aspirants must have Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical vocational courses in class XII or its equivalent exam.
Students must have secured at least 45% marks in class 12 (40% marks for candidates of reserved category)
Admission in all the participating institutes based on merit list formulated from marks in HPCET 2020.

What are the Procedures to fill HPCET Application Form 2020?

HPCET Registration

Candidates have to register for HPCET before filling the application form. HPCET Applicants will have to enter their basic details like name, mobile number, and email at the time of registration. Aspirants will also be required to create a password of their choices at this stage. This password will use for all future login to candidate portal of HPCET 2020 application. After entering all the required details to complete the registration. Candidates will receive a message on their email and phone number, mentioning their application number. HPCET Application Fill Up

Students have to fill the HPCET application form after completing the registration. Login using the application number and password to continue with the process of HPCET application 2020.
Aspirants will require to enter the following details
Parents details including name and contact number
Address for correspondence and permanent address
Educational information including marks and school
Exam center for appearing in the exam
Aspirants must be very cautious while filling out the application form as no correction is allowed after the form is submitted.

HPCET Application Fee

Applicants have to pay the application fees of Rs.1500 in online mode. Application fees can make either by credit/debit card/Net banking. The details about fee payment like receipt have to be kept safe till the complete HPCET admission.

Documents Upload

HPCET Aspirants have to upload the scanned images of their photograph and signature in the HPCET application form. All the scanned images must be in quality within the specified sizes and formats. Candidates must note that it is compulsory to upload the images; otherwise, their HPCET 2020 application form will not consider for further admission process.

Application Form Submission

After the completion of filling the HPCET application form 2020, payment of fees, and uploading documents, students have to submit the application form. It advised that students verify and check all the details carefully before finally submitting the application form.
After verifying, click on the Final Submit button to submit the HPCET application form. Download and take a copy of the application form and keep it safe until the complete admission process. Students need not send a copy of the application form to the office, but it must retain any future requirements.
