Who is eligible for GIETEE 2020?

GIETEE 2020 eligibility criteria is the list of conditions laid which all applicants must satisfy who wishes to apply for the exams. Students must know the GIETEE 2020 eligibility conditions before appearing. One who fails to meet the criteria will be ineligible. The GIETEE 2020 eligibility criteria is given below.

1. The final examination of the 10+2 system of Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the State Board, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE, New Delhi), The Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE, New Delhi).

2. Intermediate or Two-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognized Board/

University.

3. Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject.

4. Provided that the students belonging to B.Sc. Stream shall clear the subject’s Engineering Graphics/ Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the First-Year Engineering Programme along with the second year subjects.

5. Provided that the students belonging to B.Sc. Stream shall be considered only after filling the supernumerary seats in this category with students belonging to the Diploma stream.

6. Passed D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector.

7. In the above cases, suitable bridge Courses, if required such as in Mathematics may be conducted.

How to apply for GIETEE 2020?

GIETEE 2020 application forms are available online on the official website. Application forms can be submitted through online mode only before the last date, if any failure to do so, will be ineligible for the course. GIETEE 2020 application forms can be filled and submitted with mandatory documents, scanned copies along with the application form. Follow the steps given below.

1. For online application, Visit the official website of the university https://www.giet.edu/

2. On the bottom there will be a pop up “admissions open 2020” Click that.

3. You will be redirected to a web page.

4. Register yourself with the necessary details asked.

5. Select the desired program and fill in the application form.

6. Once, the form has been filled, upload the photograph.

7. Click on ‘submit’ and another page will be opened, click ‘confirm submission’ again.

8. Download the form for future reference.

9. Preview the application, keep a print out for future reference. There is no application fee for GIETEE 2020.

10. For offline application. Download the application form.

11. Fill the form, attach necessary documents and send it to the University with an address.

What are the documents required for applying GIETEE 2020?
