New Update: FMGE Eligibility Criteria 2021 - The National Board of Examinations (NBE) is the competent authority to release and determines the FMGE Eligibility Criteria 2021 June session for Indian Nationals and Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs). FMGE Eligibility Criteria 2021 are a set of guidelines that candidates required to fulfil in order to be eligible for the FMGE screening test. FMGE 2021 Eligibility Criteria (June session)
Medical graduates can go through the requirements of eligibility for the FMGE exam 2021 of June session. Candidates must fulfil the below specified FMGE eligibility criteria to be eligible for the screening test.
- Foreign medical graduates must be a citizen of India or should be Overseas Citizens of India.
- Applicants must maintain a primary medical qualification from the recognized institution, which must be confirmed by the country's concerned Indian Embassy.
- Candidates must submit the requisite documents as in evidence to confirm that they have qualified the final examination of Primary Medical examination on or before the stipulated date.
- Candidates who have finished their undergraduate and postgraduate medical qualifications from the following mentioned countries must not appear for the FMGE June session screening test to get the permanent or provisional registration certificate. Candidates can directly register with MCI or SMC for the certification and do their other practice in India.

FMGE 2019 is a screening test performed for Indian nationals or OCIs to obtain the provisional or permanent registration certificate from the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council (SMC). FMGE 2019 for the December session will conduct on December 20, 2019. NBE conducts the FMGE screening test twice a year in June and December session. Candidates should know the Eligibility before applying the FMGE 2019 Exam.

- Applicants who have completed their undergraduate as well as postgraduate medical qualification form the following countries are not required to appear for FMGE December session screening test to get the permanent or provisional registration certificate. Such candidates can directly register with MCI or SMC for the document.

Who are not eligible for FMGE 2019?
- Applicants who will not be able to furnish the requisite documents within the specified time will not be allowed to appear for the test. After filling the FMGE Application Form 2019, they must send these relevant documents/proofs to the regulatory body, and else their application form will not be accepted.
- Any incorrect document or details submitted by aspirants at any time of admission will not consider under the eligibility criteria of FMGE 2019 for the December session.
- If the primary medical qualification degree received after November 30, 2019, then the applicants will be considered ineligible as per the FMGE 2019 eligibility conditions.

FMGE is conducted twice a year, i.e., June & December. Aspirants can appear for either June or December session of FMGE exam. Candidates who fail to clear the exam in one session can aspire for the next session of the FMGE exam. There is no limit on the number of attempts that a candidate can appear for FMGE.
