A consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka conducts COMEDK UGET 2023 Counselling for all the qualified candidates in the COMEDK exams. Candidates will have to submit all the necessary documents for verification and should be present physically at the centre. Few rounds of counselling will be conducted for the qualified candidates by the respective authority. The selected one will be given admission to the preferred course and institution. What are the Documents Required for COMEDK UGET 2023 Counselling?

Students should be ready with a set of documents, as mentioned by the counselling centre's authority. The following are the necessary documents for COMEDK UGET 2023 Counselling.

Once the COMEDK results are published, all the qualified candidates can apply for the counselling process. COMEDK UGET 2023 Counselling involves few steps. The steps are provided below for your reference.

• Reporting at the venue

Qualified candidates will have to be available at the notified centre with all the necessary documents. Students will have to attend the counselling during the announced time and session and one parent or guardian. Once the check-in formalities are completed, students should produce documents for verification.

• Document Verification

Students will have to provide the necessary documents for verification at the respective centre. The documents should be arranged according to the order provided. Students should fill in the verification cards. At the verification counter, the documents produced will be verified by an officer, and the photocopies of the documents will be retained.

• Biometric and Photo Verification

Once the document verification is completed, students will proceed with the photo and biometric verification. Once the verification is done, students will obtain a registration slip, and they have to enter the counselling hall with the registration slip.

• Seat Allotment

Students will have to fill in the details of their preferred courses and institution in the order of their preference. The ranks will be announced, and as per the ranks, the candidates will have to enter the selection counter. Students can choose the course and the institution based on availability.

• Seat Acknowledgement and Payment of Fees

Students will have to obtain the seat acknowledgement receipt and proceed to the payment counter. Payment is to be done in the form of a demand draft drawn in the name of COMEDK against the Test Admission Ticket Number, payable at Bangalore. The DD is to be drawn for Rs.55000, and the remaining amount is to be paid at the institution.

• Collection of Allotment Letter

After all the procedures, the candidates will have to collect the original seat allotment letter and fees receipt. Students should report to the institution on the date as mentioned in the allotment letter.
