New Update on 04-11-2022: CEED Application Form 2023 - On September 30, 2022, ceed.iitb.ac.in at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay opened for registration for CEED 2023. November 4 has been added to the deadline for submitting the CEED application form 2023 together with the standard fee. Candidates who are unable to complete the CEED form by the deadline may do so by paying a late fee of Rs. 500 by November 11. Candidates must pay a CEED registration fee of Rs 3600 (Rs 1800 for SC/ ST/ PwD/ Female) in order to apply for CEED 2023. CEED Application Form 2023 - Important Dates

What are the Documents Needed to Carry Before Filling the CEED Application Form 2023?

Candidates to filling the CEED Application Form 2023 are required to upload the following documents.

1. Candidate Photograph ( It should not be more than six months old

2. Signature

3. Copy of degree/diploma Certificate

4. If the student does not have the final degree certificate, students can upload the final year mark list. Certification from the Principal of the college/Head of the department has to upload in case the course not completed.

5. Students carry a Course Certificate from the head of the department/principal of the college.

6. Category certificate

7. (OBC-NCL certificates issued only from April 1, 2019, onwards will be accepted.)

8. PwD certificate copy

9. Gazetted notification in case of the name change

10. Candidates having different names on the degree or diploma certificate have to upload a gazette notification, scanned pages of the passport reflecting the name change or marriage certificate.

11. Medical certificate (for applicants claiming PwD status and Dyslexia)

12. Experience certificate in case of Students with G.D. Arts qualification

13. Request letter to upload by the PwD candidates who require extra time.

What are the Steps to fill the CEED Application Form 2023?

Step 1: Online Registration

Aspirants have first to register themselves to fill the CEED Application Form 2023. They should use a valid email ID for registration, as all the vital information will send on the same. For registration, they should enter the following details.

Step 2 - Fill the Details

In this Section of the CEED application form, candidates have to fill the following details.

• Registered email ID

• Name

• Middle Name

• Last Name

• Confirm Password

Step 3 – Qualification details

In this section of the CEED Application Form 2023, applicants have to enter the details of their qualifying exam, including the year of passing, etc.

Step 4 - CEED Log in

Applicants have to log in using their email ID and password. An OTP will send on their registered mobile number, which they have to enter to log in. And they have to start filling the CEED Application Form 2023 by mentioning their personal, academic, and address details.

Students have the liberty to choose the maximum of three exam centers.

After mentioning all the information, candidates have to click on the Save button. The application form will appear on the screen, check all the data, and then click on the Confirm tab.

Step 5 – Documents Upload

Applicants have to upload the documents as per the specifications given below in this article. After uploading the documents, they are required to click on the Pay Fee and Submit button to pay the fee. Documents Specifications mentions in the table below.

Step 6 - Application fee Details

Students have to pay the application fee in online mode - credit card/debit card/net banking. The details of the charge that they have to pay mentions below category-wise.

• Female/SC/ST/PwD candidates -Rs.1300/-

• All other candidates -Rs.2600/-

A late fee of Rs.500 plus GST will be incumbent on those candidates, who will register after the closing date. After paying the fees, candidates have to take the printout of the confirmation page for future reference.

Step 7 - CEED 2020 application form Printout

Candidates take a printout of the CEED Application Form 2023 for future references.

CEED Application Form 2023 - Photograph Specifications

Candidates need to upload a recent color photograph (within the last six months) with a full-frontal (face) view. In the photograph, the candidate's head should be in the center of the frame covering 70-80% of the photograph. The Candidate photograph should be such that it allows identification of the candidate.
