Programs.Candidates can get the seat allocation results for CCMT round 2 by clicking on the direct link provided on the official website and logging in with their registration ID and password. The Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF) must be paid by June 29, 2022, as the deadline.

Round 2

CCMT Counselling 2022

Before the deadline set by the government, all eligible candidates must apply for CCMT counselling 2022. Candidates must fill out the CCMT 2022 application form with their personal, academic, and contact information. During the counselling phase, candidates must also choose their chosen institutes and M.Tech courses.

CCMT Seat Allotment 2022

Three rounds of CCMT seat allocation will be held in 2022, as well as a special round. The CCMT 2022 seat allotment results will be announced in an online format. The seats will be assigned based on merit, seat availability, and candidate preferences.

Steps to check CCMT Seat Allotment 2022

• Visit the CCMT 2022 official website.

• Select the CCMT seat allotment link for 2022.

• To login, go to candidate login and input your GATE registration ID and password.

• The CCMT 2022 seat allocation will be presented on the screen.

• Along with the allotment status, the allotment letter will be provided. The allotment letter will have to be downloaded by the candidates.

What after CCMT Seat Allotment 2022?

Candidates must pay a Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF) of Rs. 30,000 after downloading their CCMT seat allotment letters. Candidates can pay this cost through SBI MOPS (online banking, credit card, debit card, or e-challan at any SBI branch). After the candidates have paid their fees, the authorities will conduct an online document verification. After the CCMT seat allocation in 2022, candidates will have to choose one of the following options:

Freezing - If candidates are happy with their assigned seat, they can use this option to freeze their seats.

Sliding - Candidates must use the sliding option if they want to be assigned a higher preferred choice of course in the same institute during subsequent allotment rounds.

Floating - Candidates who intend to wait for seat allocation into higher preferences at various institutes must choose the floating option.

CCMT Seat Allotment 2022 Round 1 and Round 2

Candidates who are selected in the first and second rounds of the CCMT seat allocation process in 2022 will have to choose between freezing, sliding, and floating options. Candidates who choose to freeze their seats must pay a seat acceptance fee. Those who choose sliding and floating alternatives will have to wait till the following round.

CCMT Seat Allotment 2022- Round 3

Candidates who are allocated seats in the third round of CCMT seat allotment will have to choose their preferred choice (frozen, sliding, or floating), just as they did in Rounds 1 and 2. Candidates who are happy with their seat assignments must pay the requisite cost. The authorities will conduct an internal sliding and national upgrade round for candidates who choose the sliding option in the third round. If candidates are dissatisfied with their seats, they can withdraw their applications.

Documents Required for Verification

• Class 12th mark sheet

• Qualifying exam Mark sheet (for all semesters)

• Migration certificate of last institute attended

• Print out of the registration and choice filling form.

• Three colored passport size photographs

• Transfer, Conduct and Course Completion certificate from the head of the institution last attended

• Provisional CCMT seat allotment letter.

• GATE score card (self-attested copy)

• Proof of seat acceptance fee payment

• Photo ID proof

• Class 10th certificate or birth certificate as proof of age.

• Degree/Provisional certificate (if degree is completed)

• Category certificate (if applicable)

Reporting at Allotted Institute

To confirm their admission, the shortlisted students must report to their respective institutes within the stated time frame. Candidates must confirm their admission or their CCMT seat allotment may be terminated.

CCMT 2022 Special Round

After the preceding rounds of seat allotment are completed, the Special Round of CCMT 2022 will be held to fill the seats that remain unfilled. To participate in this round, eligible applicants must complete a new registration.

Eligibility to participate in CCMT National Spot Round 2022

The following candidates will be eligible to compete in the CCMT 2022 National Spot Round:

• Candidates who withdrew or did not report to any reporting centre for verification of their allotment in the prior rounds.
• Candidates whose allotment was cancelled in a previous round due to some eligibility criteria.
• The National Spot Round will be open to candidates who did not register in the previous three rounds.
