Preparation tips for Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR)
Prepare as many questions as you can for this segment. DILR questions are impossible to forecast since they vary so much. The basic structure of the questions, however, stays the same. Practice with CAT question papers from previous years. Take as many CAT 2023 practice tests as you want. The more candidates practice the DI and LR questions, the better the results will be.
The DI questions in the paper are time-consuming to calculate and necessitate quick calculations. The option is accessible in CAT for this on-screen calculator.
Verbal and Reading Comprehension (VARC)
“To build confidence in VA, I bought a couple of books online from Amazon. I referred to Arun Sharma’s book on VARC which is detailed and includes lots of questions, which is enough for practice. This helped me get a good hold on VARC.”

What is CAT?
Candidates must solve as many RCs as feasible in the first 40 minutes, according to CAT topper Ankit Desai. After that, solve Verbal Ability for the next 10 minutes. Because the complexity of the VARC Section is never known until the paper is solved, set aside enough time to prepare for both RCs and VA. One of the CAT's highest scorers, Niranjan, commented that CAT 2023 is a computer-based test held in India for admission management programs in various B-schools in and across India. In this CAT Exam, the students' skills tested in multiple areas include Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability, Reading comprehension, data interpretation, and logical reasoning.
