New Update on 04.03.2023: AP POLYCET 2023 - On February 16, 2023, the AP Polycet 2023 Application Form was made available. The exam date has been made public. The State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET), Mangalagiri administers the state-level entrance exam known as AP Polycet (Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test). Candidates who wish to enrol in a variety of polytechnic programmes at public and private polytechnic institutions throughout the state must take this exam. What is the Eligibility Criteria for AP POLYCET 2023?

Aspirants who have passed SSC or its equivalent & recognized by the Board of Secondary Education, A.P., Vijayawada, are eligible. The candidates who have completed in compartmentally or appearing for SSC are also likely to apply. However, they must have passed in all the subjects before seeking admission. AP POLYCET Application Fee-2023

Candidates to fill the application through these centres shall pay the examination fee of Rs.400/ to the operator by the candidate. The detailed procedure of filling up the application form is available in the instructions booklet. Candidates are advised to read these instructions carefully before filing up the form.

AP Polycet Exam Pattern - 2023

• Exam Mode: The AP POLYCET exam will conduct in Offline mode (Pen-paper based).

• Exam Duration: The exam will get conducted for two hours.

• Question type: Multiple choice Questions will ask.

• No. of Questions: There will be a total of 120 questions.

• Negative Marking: There will be no negative marking in AP POLYCET 2023.

AP Polycet Syllabus 2023

The AP POLYCET Syllabus 2023 includes topics from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The Polycet questions will ask from class 9th & 10th from Andhra Pradesh (AP) board. It will prescribe by the State board of technical education & Training.

• Physics: This Section Consists of units & dimensions, work, power & energy, elements of vectors, kinematics & friction, a reflection of light, etc.

• Chemistry: This Section includes the Common topics will be Atomic structure, chemical bonding, solutions, fuels, acids & basis, environmental chemistry, etc.

• Mathematics: The Section includes the topics that will be number system, algebra, trigonometry, sets, mensuration, probability, etc.

The AP Polycet admit card will be released online. Admit card will generate after the final submission of the application form. Students advised to enter all the details carefully, select the qualifying exam, enter Class 10th admit card no., date of birth & passing year of class 10th to download admit card. It is a mandatory document to bring the hall ticket on the exam date at the exam venue. No candidate will permit at the examination hall without admit card.

How to check the AP Polycet Answer Key - 2023?

The AP Polycet Answer Key 2023 will release via online mode after the successful conduct of the examination. Candidates can evaluate their expected scores in the exam by checking the answer key.

The answer key will be made available by the 2nd week of June. The conducting authority will publish the AP Polycet Answer key for all sets of the examination.

AP Polycet Result-2023

• Candidates who will be appearing for the Polycet examination can check their AP POLYCET 2023 result. Aspirants will be able to download the SBTET AP result online. The result will declare in the 2nd week of June

• The marks obtained in the Polycet entrance test will consider assigning rank. The selection of candidates will be made based on the same. After the result announcement, students will also be able to download & check their OMR sheet on which they have marked the answers.

AP Polycet Cut-Off - 2023

Students belonging to the general category will have to obtain 36 marks out of 120 marks, which are 30% marks in AP POLYCET 2023. However, there will be no cut-off for SC/ST categories.

The Polycet cut-off will be the minimum marks one will need to qualify for getting passed in the exam. Students who will score cut-off marks or greater will only be eligible for counseling/admission procedures.

AP Polycet Counselling - 2023

• The admissions into polytechnics will comprise of Web Counselling based on two steps like certificate verification & choice filling. The certificate verification will start from the 3rd week of June. Aspirants whose certificates will get verified will be eligible for choice filling.

• Applicants advised to fill in more than one choice of course/college so that their chances of getting admission get increases. The final seat allotment will do based on merit list, seats availability & category.
