AMU Admission 2020 has been released by Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) from admission process from October 23, to November 10, 2020, AMU 2020 admit card released on October 20. according to an official notification issued on Friday. it will hold admission tests for several courses, including BA, BSc, BCom, BEd and MBA. For remaining UG and PG programmes, AMU admission 2020 entrance test will be held from November 1 to December 5. The AMU admission test for UG programmes such as BA Hons, BSc Hons. and BCom Hons. will be conducted on November 29 in offline mode. All the interested candidates who wish to get into the AMU Admission 2020 can apply and submit the Application Form online. There are no provisions for submitting the Application Forms through Offline for AMU Admission 2020. Admission 2021 - FAQ

1. Is it mandatory to appear for AMU entrance exams for admissions?

Yes, for the following courses, it is mandatory for appearing in the AMU entrance exam: Undergraduate courses - BA (Hons.), BSc (Hons.), BCom (Hons.), BSc (Hons.) Life Sciences, BA LLB (Hons.) courses. Postgraduate courses – MBA Financial Management, MTTM, MBA Agri-Business, MBA – International Business, MBA Islamic Banking, MSc – Biotechnology and BEd courses.

2. What is AMU CET?

For admission to its different faculties, AMU conducts common entrance test which is held separately for various courses.

3. Is there any negative marking in AMU entrance exam?

Yes, there will deduction of 25% per cent or one-fourth of the marks allotted in case of each wrong attempt. If a question carries one marks and candidates have answered it incorrectly, then 0.25 marks out of 1 mark will be deducted for this question.

4. What is the mode of examination for AMU entrance 2020?

The entrance exam will be held in pen-paper based mode i.e. candidates need to fill their responses in an OMR sheet only.
