The AIBE XVI (16) exam, which was originally scheduled for May 30, 2021, has been postponed until further notice. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be invited to take the certification test, which will be conducted in over 40 locations throughout the country. New Update on 16-07-2021: AIBE 2021: AIBE XVI 2021 Application Form has been extended till 14th Aug 2021. AIBE XVI Exam dates have been postponed. All India Bar Examination will be conducted to examine an advocate’s capability to practice the profession of law in India. After passing the examination candidate will be awarded a “Certificate of Practice” by the Bar Council of India. AIBE will be conducted in 40 cities all across India by the Bar Association of India.

The AIBE XVI Exam 2021 has been postponed until further notice by the Bar Council of India (BCI). Due to the increasing number of cases in Delhi and the subsequent lockdown, the AIBE department has also been closed. Candidates can bring Bare Acts without notes into the exam hall, but books, study materials, and notes are no longer permitted. The admit card of AIBE XVI (16) will be released at least one week before the examination. The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 16 will be conducted in 50 cities across the country, with approximately 140 exam centres. The AIBE 2021 exam is for law graduates with a 3-year or 5-year degree who want to receive a Certificate of Practice (COP), which is a licence to practise law in India. AIBE XVI (16) Admit Card 2021

On May 12, officials will issue the AIBE XVI (16) 2021 admit card. Admit cards will only be available online and will be issued to candidates who have successfully registered. 1. When will the notification for AIBE XVI be released?  

The official notification for AIBE 2021 was released on December 16 by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
