AIBE XVII Eligibility Criteria

The BCI sets the eligibility criteria for the AIBE XVII 2023 exam pertaining to age limit, qualifying exam, and bar council registration. Only if the candidate meets all of these conditions will he or she be considered for Certificate of Practice.

• Qualifying exam: The applicant must have passed a 3-year or 5-year LLB degree from a BCI-recognized institute.
