AAU VET 2020 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the Assam Agricultural University Veterinary Entrance Test are as follows.

He or she has completed the minimum age of 17 years and the maximum age of 25 years before the 31st December that year of his or her admission to the 1st year of Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry Course. There shall be a relaxation of maximum age by five years for Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe or Other Backward Class candidates.

(10 + 2) passed students from Science stream having the certificate of Permanent Residence of Assam should apply for the test.

Those appearing in (10 + 2, science) are also eligible to sit in the VET 2020, but they have to pass 10 + 2 exams before the date of admission.

The applicants belonging to the general category must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying exam, and there will be a relaxation of 5% marks for reserved categories.

The wards of defense/paramilitary personnel posted in the State of Assam for at least one year are also eligible to apply for VET 2020.

How to Fill the AAU VET 2020 Application Form?
The process given below is to fill the AAU VET 2020 Application Form. candidates follow the steps and download
Step 1: Fill Registration AAU VET 2020 Form

Visit the official website of AAU – aau.ac.in

Under the drop-down list of ‘Admission’ tab on the top row, select Apply Online for VET 2020

Click on New Registration tab
-
Sign Up by filling these Complete details Name, Create a Username, Create a Password, Email and Mobile Number
-
Fill all aspects carefully since Email, and the Mobile number will be used for future correspondence
-
Click on Next tab
Step 2: Uploading Photograph and Signature

Upload scanned images of current passport size photograph and signature
-
Both must be in .jpg, .png or .gif format
-
Photograph’s dimension must be 3cm x 4cm, while that of the signature should be 3cm x 1cm

Attach needed files and click on the Upload tab

You will receive a notification on both registered Email and Mobile number regarding login credentials – Registration number, Username and Password

Click on Login to continue.
Step 3: Payment of Application and Test Fee

The candidate will reach his/her page

Click on pay online.

Fill details such as First name, Last name, Address, City, State, Country and Pincode

Click on Continue to Pay

Make a payment of INR 1100 towards Application and Test fees through credit card, debit card or internet banking

After successful payment, return to a personalized page
Step 4: Filling AAU VET 2020 Application Form

Click on Fill Up Application Form

Fill in these details: Name, Date of Birth, Nationality, Gender, Marital Status, Religion, Communication address, Permanent address, Mobile number, click on Next

Fill basic Academic details regarding class 10 and 10+2 examination
-
Personal details such as Father’s/Guardian Name, Father’s Occupation, Mother’s Name, Mother’s Occupation, Any gap in the study period and reason, Admitted in AAU before and details, along with the requirement of the hostel asked.

Once done, check all the details and click on I agree on the box

Click on the Submit Application tab
