Indian Institute of Science (IISc) researchers from Bengaluru have developed a highly sensitive, low-cost nanometre-scale carbon monoxide (CO) sensor. The sensor was developed using novel fabrication technique that does not involve costly and time-consuming lithography technology. The nanometer-sized sensor was made using zinc-oxide (ZnO) nanostructure on a silicon wafer substrate.

NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope discovered the strongest evidence to date for the stratosphere on a planet outside our solar system, WASP-121b. Venkaiah Naidu is the new Vice President Of India. He succeeds Hamid Ansari. He secured 516 and Gopalkrishna Gandhi 241 votes.  He is the 13th Vice President of India.
