30 May 2016 Current Affairs: Veteran TV and film actor Suresh Chatwal passed away on 29 May 2016 following a brief illness in Mumbai. The actor was known for his role of Commissioner Suraj Agnihotri in F.I.R .
Suresh Chatwal : Suresh Chatwal made his debut on the big screen in the year 1969 with Rakhi Rakhi.His work was appreciated much in the role of Dhukhiya of Doordarshan’s Nukkad, the Sayeed Mirza-Kundan Shah-directed show, which ran for two seasons, starting in 1986. He also was seen in Bollywood films like Karan Arjun, Munnabhai, Koyla and many more.In his acting career, Suresh has worked with Salman, Shah Rukh Khan and Sanjay Dutt among others.He was last seen on the big screen in Nakshatra in 2010.On the small screen, Suresh was last working on the popular comedy show F.I.R. which airs on SAB TV.
