South and North Korea discuss joint women ice hockey team for Olympics
13 January 2018 Current Affairs: South Korea has proposed fielding a joint women’s ice hockey team with North Korea at next month’s Winter Olympics going to be held at Pyongyang.

South Korea's unification ministry invited the North to further talks about the Olympics in the truce village of Panmunjom on 15 January.

A joint march at the opening ceremony would be a stunning statement for the "Peace Olympics", which will open about 50 miles (80 kilometres) from the heavily fortified Korean border on 9 February.
