Prime Minister Narendra Modi to launch 'Power for all' scheme
25 September 2017 Current Affairs: Prime Minister Narendra Modi launches 'Power for all' scheme to mark the birth anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya.

The scheme is expected to cover all rural families after expected electrification of all villages by December end this year.

He inaugurates Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) new corporate office that was renamed Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Urja Bhawan from Rajiv Gandhi Urja Bhawan.

The green-building built at a cost of Rs. 600 crore was completed a year ago.
