Pakistan cricketer Misbah-ul-Haq announces retirement from Test cricket
07 April 2017 Current Affairs: Pakistan skipper Misbah-ul-Haq has announced his retirement from Test cricket.

The 43-year-old, who has been captain of the Pakistan Test team since 2010, has said that the upcoming three-Test series against the West Indies will be his final assignment.

In 2016, Misbah also became the first Pakistani to play 50 matches as Test captain in a Test series against New Zealand.
