Government of India and ADB signed $300 Million Loan to support IIFCL in India

19 November 2018 Current Affairs:The Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Government of India signed a $300 million Loan Agreement to support lending by India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL) in New Delhi.
The Project entails:
Long-term finance for PPP projects,
Improvement of the operational capacity of IIFCL, and
Expansion of the portfolio of infrastructure financing instruments available to IIFCL.
