Google's self-driving car hits bus in California
01 March 2016 Current Affairs: The self-driving Lexus was trying to navigate around sandbags at an intersection near its headquarters in Mountain View, California when it struck the side of a bus, according to a report Google filed with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) on February 14.The vehicle, Google said, was traveling at less than two miles an hour, while the bus was moving at 15 miles an hour.This is reportedly the first time a Google car has caused an accident in autonomous mode.
