Goa CM Parrikar presents Budget 2018 Reserves majorly focusing education, health, energy and tourism
23 February 2018 Current Affairs: Goa Budget 2018 was rolled out Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar. CM Parrikar was being admitted to Lilavati hospital in Mumbai, post-treatment arrived in Goa Assembly Hall with full enthusiasm to present the Budget 2018.

CM Parrikar started reading the Goa Budget 2018 mentioning 6.84% increase in the allocation as compared to the last year. Total Budget amounts to Rs. 17,123.28 Crores whereas in last year it was Rs 16,027 Crores. The revenue surplus is estimated at Rs 144.65 Crores.
