How to Check Application Status of a Yes Bank Credit Card?
Yes bank’s official website is a right place to check the status of your credit card application in simple and easy steps.
- Visit Yes Bank India website. You need to select Personal Banking > Individual > Cards,from the left navigation menu.
- Once you click on ‘Cards’, you will be redirected to ‘Individual Cards’ page, where you will find the types of Yes Bank credit cards mentioned at the top of the page
- Under ‘Credit Cards’, find ‘To track your Application status, click here’, and it will take you to the ‘Credit Card Application Status’ page
- The page contains a form, in which you will have to fill in your details such as your mobile number, application form number or application reference number
- Now click ‘Submit’. The system will return with your application status.
When your application is still under review, the status will be ‘In-progress/In-process’. If it is approved or rejected, you will find the same as your application status. An ‘Approved’ status indicates your application is processed and the card is awaiting printing and dispatch, a ‘Rejected’ status denotes halting of process as the application does not meet the criteria set up by the bank. You are eligible to re-apply only after a period of 3-6 months.
An ‘On-hold’ status denotes that your application has been kept on-hold due to insufficient documents or details. You may receive a call from the bank to check the same and once it is cleared, the bank resumes the processing activity. Once the card is sent to your address, you will find ‘Dispatched’ as the application status. The bank will send you dispatch details, which can be used to track the shipment.

How Do You Register For Yes Bank Internet Banking?
You must first register for the service, in order to use net banking with Yes Bank. Fees and Charges for Yes Bank Credit Card
Annual Membership Fee: The cardholder will have to pay annual membership fee for primary and add-on cards as specified by the bank. Depending on the schemes, the charges may vary for different cards. Annual fees is not refundable to the cardmember at the time of closure of the credit card.
Cash Advance Fees: For each transaction, a fee of 2.5% of amount withdrawn or INR 300 will be charged, and it will be added in the next monthly credit card bill. The cardholder can use the credit card to withdraw money from ATMs in India and abroad at any time. Unlike other purchases, ATM transactions do not get interest free period.
