Axis Bank Overseas Banking - Grievance Redressal
If you are an Axis Bank customer residing abroad including Singapore, Hong Kong, DIFC, Sri Lanka, Abu Dhabi, and UAE, you can follow the below grievance redressal process, if you are satisfied with the response you got from the customer care department.
Step 1: The first level of escalation for overseas customers will be to submit an online grievance redressal form. You can access this form in the ‘Overseas Banking Grievance Redressal’ page on the Axis Bank official website. Click on the link you find on the page and fill in the online form. Axis bank customers and non-customers, both can submit an online grievance redressal form. You will be responded by the grievance department within 10 working days. Once you have escalated the issue, Axis bank will get in touch with you via phone or email to resolve the issue.
Step 2: If you do not hear from Axis Bank within 10 working days after the submission of the online grievance redressal form, you can further escalate the issue to Axis bank Nodal Officer by submitting the form online. Under step 2, you will find the online form to escalate the issue on the same page. Click the link and fill the form. You will be asked to enter your Service Request Number and the account details. Once you escalate the concern to the Nodal officer, you will get a response within 10 working days.
Step 3: If you do not get any response from the Nodal Officer within 10 working days, you have all the rights to further escalate the issue to Axis Bank’s Principal Nodal Officer (PNO). You will have to submit a separate form online to escalate the concern to the PNO. The form will be available under step 3 in the grievance redressal page on Axis Bank website. Fill all the details required, check the authorization box and submit it to receive a call or email providing resolution to your query from the bank. Your concern/query will most likely be resolved in any one of the three levels.
