UPSC IES & ISS Written Exam Result 2018:
On September 11, 2018, UPSC has announced the result of the written part of the Indian Economic Service (IES) /Indian Statistical Service (ISS) Examination 2018, held in June/July, 2018. Roll Numbers of the candidates who have qualified for Interview/Personality Test 2018 are mentioned in the official notification of www.upsc.gov.in, the direct link of the same is provided below. All these candidates are required to fill up the Detailed Application Form (D.A.F.), which will be made available on the Commission's Website i.e. www.upsc.gov.in; from September 28, 2018 to October 11, 2018 till 06:00 PM. The exact date of UPSC IES & ISS interview will be intimated to the candidates through eSummon Letter. UPSC Civil Services Main Examination 2017 Waiting List Results Declared:On August 30, 2018, Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared results from the waiting list of the UPSC Civil Services Main Examination 2017. Totally 66 candidates from the Consolidated Reserve List, have been selected to fill posts that remained vacant after all final results were out. The final results of the UPSC Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2017 were declared in April this year in which 990 candidates qualified in order of merit for appointment to IAS, IFS, IPS and Central Services Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ against 1058 vacancies. The newly selected 66 candidates, who have qualified from the UPSC IAS 2017 waiting list include 48 General, 16 OBC, 01 SC and 01 ST persons. The list of these 66 candidates is available on the UPSC website i.e. www.upsc.gov.in, and the same is provided below:

On July 14, 2018, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the results of Civil Services Preliminary Examination, 2018 on its official website upsc.gov.in, upsconline.nic.in. The UPSC IAS Prelims 2018 examination was held on June 3, to fill administrative positions in different All-India Services and central civil services including IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS, and IRTS. The UPSC Civil Services Main examination will be conducted on September 28, 2018, all the students who will clear the UPSC prelims have to appear for it. UPSC Civil Services Prelims Result 2018 Expected Today:
The much awaiting UPSC Prelims Results 2018 is expected to be announced today (July 10, 2018) on the official website www.upsc.gov.in. Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) concluded the Civil Services IAS, IPS 2018 Preliminary Exam on June 3, 2018, held at 73 exam centres across India. The scheduled dates for UPSC IAS main 2018 examination are between September 28 and October 7, 2018. However, there is no sign of the UPSC IAS Prelims 2018 result yet. The UPSC Civil Services Prelims Result 2018 is expected anytime by July 15. As and when the UPSC IAS Prelims 2018 exam result is declared, candidates who appeared in the exam can check their result in this page.
UPSC Civil Services Prelims Results 2018 expected by July 15:
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is likely to declare the UPSC Civil Services Prelims Examination 2018 results by July 15, 2018 @ upsconline.nic.in and upsc.gov.in. UPSC conducted the Civil Services Prelims 2018 Exam on June 3, 2018 for filling huge vacancies of IAS, IPS, IFS and other civil service posts. UPSC declares the result within 40 to 45 days from the date of commencement of UPSC examination. This year, it is expected that UPSC Civil Services Prelims Results 2018 will be out by July 13th to 15th. According to the Reliable sources, UPSC Mains examination 2018 will be held on September 28,29,30 and October 6,7, 2018. UPSC 2018 Civil Services Prelims Results Expected in July
Union Public Service Commission,(UPSC) organized the Civil Services Prelims exam in 73 centers across India which included Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Aizawl, Port Blair, Panaji, Chandigarh and Lucknow among others. The UPSC Prelims results will be released in the month of July 2018. On 27th April 2018 evening, Union Public Service Commission released the final result of Civil Services Exam 2017 on its official website - upsc.gov.in. Hyderabad candidate Anudeep Durishetty topped the list. Based on the results of the written part of Civil Services Examination, 2017 held by the Union Public Service Commission in October-November, 2017 and the interviews for Personality Test held in February-April, 2018, a total number of 990 candidates have been recommended for appointment to:

On February 20, 2018, Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) declared the Indian Forest Service (IFS) Examination 2017 final results, on the website of the UPSC i.e., upsc.gov.in. UPSC declared a total of 110 candidates selected for this recruitment. UPSC has a "Facilitation Counter" near Examination Hall Building in its campus. Candidates may obtain any information/clarification regarding their examination/recruitment on working days between 1000 hrs to 1700 hrs in person or over Telephone Nos. 23385271/23381125/23098543.

UPSC 2018 Civil Services Mains result declared:
On January 10, 2018, Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) declared the UPSC results 2017 on its website upsc.gov.in. The UPSC Main 2017 examination was conducted between October 28 and November 3 last year. The roll numbers of the candidates, who cleared the mains examination were made available on the commission's website-- www.upsc.gov.in. Personality test or interview of the selected candidates is likely to commence from February 19, 2018.

The mark sheets of candidates, who have not qualified, would be put on UPSC's website within 15 days from the date of publication of the final result (after conducting the personality tests) and would be available on the portal for a period of 60 days.

UPSC 2016 Result - 109 candidates to fill the remaining posts:
After declaring the UPSC results 2016 of the Civil Services (Main) examination on May 31, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) now recommended 109 candidates for recruitment to remaining posts. The list includes 87 general categories, 19 OBC, 1 SC and 2 ST candidates to fill up the remaining posts based on the Civil Services Examination, 2016.
Earlier UPSC had recommended 1099 candidates for appointment, among whom are 500 candidates from the general category and 347, 163 and 89 candidates from the OBC, SC and ST categories respectively.

How to appear for UPSC CS Main Examination?
The UPSC Civil services (CS) Main Examination is scheduled to be held on October 28, 2017. In order to participate in the Civil Services (Main) Examination, all candidates who have qualified Prelims exam have to fill up the DAF (Detailed Application Form) for Civil Services Main (CSM) Examination and submit it online. The DAF (CSM) will be available from 17th August 2017 to 31st August 2017 till 6.00 P.M.
The UPSC Admit card along with the timetable of the Main Examination is available for the eligible candidates around 2 weeks before the commencement of the examination.

UPSC Result of Main ExaminationThe UPSC Civil Services Main Examination consists of written examination and an interview test. UPSC releases Result of these two stages separately. Marks obtained in Written Exam (Paper - I to Paper ‐ VII) and Marks obtained in Interview for Personality Test will be counted for final ranking.
UPSC Result of Mains Written Exam:UPSC Mains written Examination is the second step of UPSC Civil Services Selection process. UPSC Mains Examination consists of nine papers of conventional essay type, out of which two are qualifying papers (Paper A - Indian Language, Paper B - English) each of 300 marks and seven other papers (paper I to Paper VII) are compulsory with each of 250 marks and are to be counted for merit. Candidates need to obtain at least 25% marks in qualifying papers (Paper A and Paper B) to appear next 7 papers of UPSC Civil Services Mains examination.

UPSC Result of Interview:The number of candidates to be shortlisted for UPSC Civil Services Interview is around twice the total number of Vacancies to be filled through this year’s UPSC Civil Services Exam. UPSC is tentatively scheduled to conduct an interview for UPSC Civil Services in the month of February or March 2018. The Interview or personality tests for UPSC Civil Services is conducted for a total of 275 marks, with no minimum qualifying marks.
UPSC Result Final Ranking:Final Ranking for various services under UPSC Civil Services Examination is prepared on the basis of UPSC CSE Mains - Written Exam (7 Compulsory Papers) marks and Interview marks. UPSC releases All India Rank (AIR) of candidates, which aggregates the marks obtained in all 7 Compulsory Papers of Mains written exam and Interview.

Total Score calculation for All India Ranking = Obtained marks in Mains Written Exam (7 Compulsory Papers) out of 1,750 + Obtained marks in Interview out of 275.
UPSC Civil Services Prelims exam mark is not considered for Final Ranking of UPSC Civil Services.
UPSC Cut off Score:Candidates need to secure the cutoff marks decided by UPSC for each stage of UPSC Civil Services Exam viz, Prelims, Mains and Final Ranking. Candidates need to score 10 % marks in each of the seven papers in Main - written Exam i.e. Essay, GS-I, GS-II, GS-III, GS-IV, Optional-I, and Optional-II.
The UPSC Cut off mark is different for various stages viz, Prelims, Main - written Exam, Final Ranking and also different for various categories like General, OBC, SC, ST, PWD.
