SBI Clerk 2019 Notification for 8,653 Junior Associate posts Released:
On April 12, 2019, State Bank of India has published the recruitment notification for 8,653 Junior Associate posts in its branches across India. Out of the total 8,653 SBI clerk vacancies, 3,674 will be available to candidates in the general category, while 853 will be reserved for the economically weaker section of the general category. Additionally, 1,361 are reserved for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Class category, 799 for Scheduled Tribe, and 1,966 for Other Backward Classes. SBI Clerk 2019 Preliminary Examination will be conducted tentatively in the month of June 2019 and Main Examination will be conducted tentatively on 10.08.2019. SBI Clerk 2019 on-line registration of application starts on April 12, 2019 and the last date to submit the online application form is May 3, 2019.

About SBI Clerk 2019 Exam Overview
SBI Clerk Exam is conducted by SBI or State Bank of India to recruit candidates for Clerical Cadre in its different branches across the country. SBI Clerk facilitates the recruitment for the posts of  Junior Associates (JA) and Junior Agriculture Associates (JAA).SBI conducts an online based computer exam for prelims and mains level.All candidates who qualify preliminary exam allowed to appear for mains exam schedule to be held in December.The marks secured in mains exam only be considered for selecting candidates for the clerical post.According to the notification, no interviews will be conducted for recruitment of candidates in clerical cadre posts.The main weight age will be given to the score obtained by the candidate in the online main examination of SBI Clerk. The allotment of banks will be done as per candidates rank and preference. The application procedure of SBI Clerk 2018 will begin tentatively in August/September.

Educational Qualification
- Candidates applying for Junior Associate posts must have a Graduation level degree in any stream.
- Candidate applying for SBI Clerk 2018 as Junior Agricultural Associates must have a Graduation degree in Agriculture or Agriculture allied activities from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification.
Age Limit
- Age limit of SBI Clerk for General category candidates:
- Minimum – 20 Years
- Maximum – 28 years.

The mains exam will be also conducted in online mode tentatively in December for candidates who have will qualify the preliminary exam. The exam will be of 2 hours and 40 minutes and online test paper will have 200 multiple choice questions of 1 mark each.

SBI Clerk Admit card is available for preliminary exam whose candidates application will be accepted by the examination authority.The mains exam Admit card of SBI Clerk 2018 will be available for only those candidates who will qualify the preliminary exam.The admit card will have candidate’s detail like their exam roll number, category, photograph, signature, name, and address of the allotted exam center.

SBI Clerk Result 2019
SBI Clerk Result is declared by State Bank of India (SBI) in two stages. The SBI Clerk result for preliminary is declared first and qualified candidates will be allowed to appear for mains exam.Based on the result of SBI Clerk mains exam, candidates will be selected for bank allotment process. The SBI Clerk result is declared for only those candidates who will score sectional as well as overall cut off score as per their category.
SBI Junior Associates Exam Admit Card 2018 In 2nd Week Of June:
State Bank of India (SBI) will release admit cards for Junior Associates 2018 recruitment exam in the second week of June. Pre exam training call letter for SBI Junior Associates exam was released on 25 February, 2018. As per the new schedule, SBI JA (Junior Associates) prelims will be held on 23 June, 24 June and 30 June 2018. The SBI Junior Associates 2018 admit card for Prelims Exam will be available from 6 June 2018. The main examination for the candidates who qualify the prelims will be held on 5 August 2018. SBI JA Mains Exam 2018 Admit cards will be available from 23 July 2018.
SBI Clerk Exam Date 2018 Postponed:
State Bank of India (SBI) has extended the date of Preliminary Examination for the post of Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) in Clerical cadre, which was earlier scheduled to be held tentatively in the month of March/April, 2018. SBI Clerk 2018 Preliminary Exam will now be held tentatively in the month June/July, 2018.
