RRB Admit Card is mandatory for each candidate to get entry in the examination hall. Details required for downloading RRB Admit Card:

For Downloading RRB Admit Card, Candidates need to enter the  following details in the appropriate boxes in the given link:
  • User id which is your Registration number given during application form submission
  • Password which is your Date of Birth as entered during  online application stage.


How to retain forgotten Registration Number to obtain RRB Admit card?

If you forgot your Registration Number, then click on menu “Forgot Registration No.?”. And then enter the following details:
  • Your Name (As filled in Application Form)
  • Father’s Name (As filled in Application Form)
  • Date of Birth
  • Mobile Number (As filled in Application Form)
After click on submit button you will get your Registration Number on your registered e-mail address or registered mobile number.

Details to be checked in RRB Admit Card:

Before appearing for RRB Exam, Candidates must check the following details in their RRB Admit Card/ Hall Ticket:
  • Candidate’s Name
  • Registration number
  • Candidate’s Date of Birth
  • Candidate’s roll number

RRB Admit Card for NTPC Exam:

This year RRB is organizing Railway Group D RRB NTPC  (Non-Technical Popular Category) exam for filling 18,252 vacancies under the posts of
  1. Assistant Station Master (ASM),
  2. Junior Accounts Assistant-cum-Typist,
  3. Senior Clerk-cum-Typist,
  4. Goods guard,
  5. Traffic Apprentice (TA),
  6. Commercial Apprentice (CA),
  7. Traffic Assistant,
  8. Enquiry Cum Reservation Clerk (ECRC),
  9. Senior Timekeeper
RRB NTPC Admit Card for Stage I Exam, Stage II Exam, Typing Test/ Aptitude Test, Document Verification for all non-technical posts are released by Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) separately.
  • First, the RRB NTPC Stage I admit card will be released for those candidates who register with RRB NTPC Exam.
  • And then RRB NTPC Stage II admit card will be released for those candidates who qualified Stage I Exam.
  • Then, RRB NTPC Admit Card for Typing Test will be issued only for the post of Junior Accounts Assistant-cum-Typist  & Senior Clerk-cum-Typist) for those who qualified Stage II Exam.
  • RRB NTPC Admit Card for Aptitude Test will be issued only for the posts of Assistant Station Master (ASM), Traffic Assistant) for those who qualified Stage II Exam.
  • RRB NTPC Admit Card for Document verification (DV) is issued for the final shortlisted candidates.


RRB Admit Card for ALP Exam:

Candidates who applied for around 23,800+ vacancies under the post of “Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP)/ Technician Grade III” can download their RRB Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) Admit Card from the above provided region wise links. The selection of the candidates for ALP post is done on three phases viz
  • Written test,
  • Document verification, and
  • Medical fitness test.
RRB ALP Admit Card is issued separately for each stage of Selection process.

Written Test Pattern for ALP:

Examination Type - Objective Type;
Exam Duration - 90 Minutes.

Those who pass the ALP written test are called for document verification and personal interview. After clearing this level, the medical fitness of the candidate is checked.


RRB Admit Card for JE and SSE Exam:

Candidates who applied for the posts of “Junior Engineer (JE) and Senior Section Engineer (SSE)” can download their RRB JE/ SSE Admit Card from the above provided region wise links. The selection of the candidates for Junior Engineer (JE)/ Senior Section Engineer (SSE) posts in Railways is done on three phases viz
  • Online Exam,
  • Document verification, and
  • Medical fitness test.
RRB JE, SSE Admit Card is issued separately for each stage of Selection process.

Online Exam Pattern for Junior Engineer (JE)/ Senior Section Engineer (SSE):

Examination Type - Objective Type;
Exam Mode - Online;
Exam Duration - 120 Minutes;
Paper language - English, Hindi, Urdu and local languages.
Negative marking - 1/3 (i.e., 0.33) marks to be deducted for each wrong answer.

Those who pass the JE/ SSE written test are called for document Verification. After clearing this level, the medical fitness of the candidate is checked. There is no Interview for this JE, SSE recruitment.


RRB Admit Card for Group D Exam:

Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) recruits candidates for various Group D posts such as
  • Trackman
  • Porter
  • Helper-II (Mech)
  • Helper-II (S&T)
  • Helper-II (Elect)
  • Gr. ‘D’ (Engg.)
  • Gr. ‘D’ (Store)
Candidates are selected for Group D posts through their performance in following phases:
  • Written Examination,
  • Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
  • Document Verification
  • Medical Test
  • Final List
RRB Group D Admit Card is issued separately for all these stages of Selection process. Candidates who applied for “Group D” posts can download their RRB Admit Card from the above provided region wise links.

Written Exam Pattern for Group D posts:

Examination Type - Objective Type;
Exam Mode - Online;
Exam Duration - 90 Minutes;
Paper language - Hindi, English and regional language(s).
Negative marking - One mark shall be deducted for three wrong answers.
 
Question paper for the Written Test shall be based on Class 10th standard aimed to assess general knowledge/ awareness, mathematics and reasoning etc.

Physical Efficiency Test [PET] will be qualifying in nature and criterion for the same will be as under:
Male Candidates Female Candidates
Should be able to run for a distance of
1500 metres in 6 minute in one chance.
Should be able to run for a distance of
400 metres in 3 minutes in one chance.
 
Those who pass the Group D written test are called for Physical Efficiency Test (PET). After clearing this level, candidates are called for Document Verification. There is no Interview for this Group D recruitment.
