Border Security Force (BSF) to conduct the Written Exam for the posts of Head Constable (Radio Operator) and Head Constable (Radio Mechanic). Candidates who applied for the posts will now be able to download the admit card through the Official website- www.bsf.nic.in. BSF Head Constable Phase 1 Test is to be held on 22 September 2019 .BSF Head Constable written exam is an MCQ Type Test of 3 hours. There will be 100 questions from Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and English & GK.Candidates can get their admit card from the online mode. Candidates can get the official link which is provided below.The OMR Based Screening Test will be held on 22nd September 2019.

What are the documents to be carried along with BSF Admit Card 2019?

Candidates without BSF Head constable post 2019 Admit Card and valid ID Proof will not be allowed to enter the Examination hall. Candidates should carry the following documents to the BSF Head constable Examination.

  • Print out of valid BSF  admit card

  • Any one of the following valid ID proof in original:

    • Passport

    • Adhar card

    • PAN card

    • Driving Licence

    • Voter’s card

  • Photocopy of the ID proof

During  BSF Head Constable exam, Candidates will have to hand-over the photocopy of their ID proof to the invigilator.

BSF may change the number of Vacancies Theyare subject to change (may vary at any stage) due to administrative reasons. BSF reserves the right to make changes in the sequence of the recruitment process after the publication of this advertisement. BSF also reserves the right to cancel or postpone the recruitment at any stage without assigning any reason.
Vacancies reserved for departmental candidates shall be filled from open recruitment within the respective quota if suitable departmental candidates are not available.
Certificates Required by BSF Departmental Candidates: Govt servants/BSF departmental candidates must be in possession of NOC/Disc & Vigilance clearance certificate issued from their appointing authority before applying.
Ex-Servicemen Reservation: 10% of the vacancies are reserved for Ex-Servicemen. In case vacancy reserved for Ex-servicemen remains unfilled due to non-availability of eligible/qualified candidates, the same shall be filled by the candidates of open category within the respective quota.
Reservation for Female Candidates:The women candidates under reservation in any of the vertical reservation categories are not available, then the posts shall be filled up from among the male candidates from the concerned vertical reservation categories.
