The Company’s core business is credit card issuance. It also provides support to Bank of Baroda by carrying out its merchant acquiring operations. The company indents to expand in Retail Asset products like Home Loan, Education Loan, Auto Loan, Loan against property and other financial services.
1. Position: Senior Officer / Officer – Customer Service
2. Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. Post graduate Degree will be an added advantage.
3. Minimum Experience: 1+ Year in service industry (preferably credit cards) as on last date of receipt of application.
4. Location of posting: Mumbai. The candidate may be deputed to work with the team(s) within the organization / parent organization / any subsidiary of the parent organization if and as deemed necessary. Candidate is liable to be transferred to any other location in India.
5. Job specific skills - Applicants should possess the following attributes:
a) Effective Spoken & Written Communication skills in English and Hindi are a must.
b) Patient listener.
c) Capable of Decision Making.
d) Good Interpersonal Skill.
e) Customer centric.
f) Hard Working.
g) Basic know how of operating Computer (MS-Office).

Roles and Responsibilities:
Key highlights of the role are listed below (purely indicative and not limiting): This position would include the mentioned set of responsibilities but not limited to:
1. Handle customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
2. Work with responsibility and accuracy within the defined TAT.
3. Be an integral part of the Team and should have readiness to learn new things.
4. Acquainted with the Credit Card Industry and the offerings of the peer.
5. Effectively manage Vendors and activities related to them.
6. Liaison with Internal and external customers.
7. Adhere to the internal & external policies and guidelines.
8. Would be comfortable to work in both Day & Night shifts.
