1. Sub.: inviting Comments from the stakeholders - draft Recruitment Rules of the posts of Stenographer Grade-I and StenographerGrade-ll in MD.
2. (i) 12th Class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University; (ii) Skill Test Norms Dictation: 10 mts at 80 w.p.m. Transcription: 65 mts. (Eng.) 75 mts. (Hindi) (On Manual Typewriter) or 50 mts. (Eng.). 65 mts. (Hindi) (On Computer).
3. Stenographer Grade-ll - (Rs. 25200-81100). and Stenographer Grade-1 - (Rs 44,900-142,400).
4. Classification: General Central Service Group B Non-Gazetted, Ministerial.
