Qualification Details:

Online applications are invited from eligible candidates to the post of Civil Assistant Surgeon Specialists of different specialties and Dental Assistant Surgeons in APVVP Hospitals. Details are available in apvvp.ap.gov.in and cfw.ap.nic.in websites.

Civil Assistant Surgeon.

1. Educational Qualification: CAS Specialist -Candidates should have passed PG Degree/ Diploma/DNB in that particular speciality or its equivalent qualification included in the Schedule -I of the MCI Act, 1956 as amended from time to time and from a College recognized by the lvledical Council of India. c) Candidates Must be registered on permanent basis with State Medical Council of Andhra Pradesh in India constituted under MCI Act.

2. Remuneration : A consolidated amount of Rs.53,500/-Per month will be paid during the three years probation period. Regular pay allowances as per rules in force and non practising allowance @ 15% of the basic pay per month will be paid after satisfactory completion of three years probation period.

3. Number of Post: 692. 

4. Specialty: Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Anaesthesi,a GeneraI Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopaedics,Pathology,Ophthalmology,Radiology,Psychiatry,Dermatology, E.N.T.

5. Reservations:- As per Rule 22 of A.P.State and Subordinate Service Rules read with instructions issued from time to time as applicable to the department.

 

 

 

 

Age:
Upper age limit is 42 years. Age will be reckoned as on 01-07- 2020 with relaxations as applicable. Department dated.16.06.2020) Relaxations will be as follows:- i) For SC,ST,BC candidates : Five years. ii) For ex- service Men 3 ( Three) years in addition to the length of Service in armed forces. iii) Persons with disabilities : (Ten) years. iv)  Maximum age limit is 50 years with all relaxations put together.

For OC and BC candidates: Rs. 1500/- and for SC & ST candidates Rs.1000/- . Method of payment: online .Name of the account holder - APDME, Mode of payment - Through SB collect.

Important Information:

i) Candidates doing P.G,course / Super speciality are advised not to apply. Permission will not be given to continue their PG/ Super speciality course under any circumstances if selected.

ii) Candidates selected will be posted to any medical institution as per requirement of the department.

iii) They should stay at the Head Quarter compulsorily.

iv) The candidates selected during this recruitment shall not be allowed to do private practice under any circumstances.

v) Candidates selected and appointed should abide by the Government rules in force regularly from time to time.

How to Apply :

i) Details are available in apvvp.ap.gov.in and cfw.ao.nic.in websites.Last date for submission of online applications is from 19.06.2020 to 5:00 pm of 18.07.2020.

ii) Certificates to be uploaded : a)SSC or equivalent certificates ( for date of birth).

b) Marks memo of P.G .Degree/ Diploma/DNB/ or equivalent qualification,

c) PG Degree/Diploma/ DNB certificate/or equivalent qualification.

d) Certificate of permanent registration in A.P. Medical Councll constituted under MCI Act.

e) Study certificates from class IV to X from the school where the candidate studied . in case of private study local candidature certificate for that particular period from Tahasildar ( in prescribed proforma) . In the absence of the above certificate the candidate will be considered as non local and not eligible for appointment.

f)Copy of the latest Caste certificale in casc of SC/ST/BC( with categorization if any) issued by Tahasildhar concerned . In the absence of proper ceftificates the candidate will be considered as OC onlY.

g) CertiFicate of disability issued by SADAREM.

h) Service certificate from the controlling officer concerned (DM&HO/DCHS/Any other authority who appointed the applicant) in case of Medical Officer working on contract basis. In absence of which the candidate will not be given any weightage.

iii) Departments Decision To Be Final The Decision Of The Department Regarding Acccptance Or Re.;ection Of Rhe Candidature , Conduct Of Counselling And At All Conscquent Stages Culminating In The Selection Or Otherwise Of Any Candidate Shall Be Final In All Respects And Binding On All Concerned Under The Powers Vested With It. The Department Also Reserves Its Right And Modify Regarding Time And Conditions Laid Down In The Notification For Conducting The Various Stages Up To Selection Duly Intimating Details Thereof To All Concerned As Warranted By Any Unforeseen Circumstances Arising During The Course Of This Process.

iv) Department: a. Candidates should make sure of their eligibility to the post applied for and that the declaration made by them in the format oF application regarding their eligibility in all aspects. Any candidate furnishing incorrect information or making false declaration regarding his/her eligibility at any stage or suppressing any information is liable to be debarred from recruitment conducted by the department and summarily rejection of their candidature for this recruitment & future recruitments.

b. The department is vested with duty of conducting recruitment and selection as per rules duly maintaining utmost secrecy and confldentiality in this process and any attempt by any one causing or likely to cause breach of this duty in such manner or by such action as to violate or likely to violate the fair practices followed and ensured by the Department will be sufficient cause for rendering such questionable means ground for department.

v) Method Of Selection:

a) DAS: a) 75 o/o will be allocated for aggregate of Marks obtained in all the years in BDS or its equivalent qualification. b) Weightage up to 15 o/o will be given to the doctors working on contract basis with the conditions shown at Explanatory Not" of this paragraph subject to their satisfactory service certified by the competent a uthority. c) Up to 10 marks @1.0 mark per each completed year from the date of passing the qualifying exam. d) They should have minimum Six months of continuous services as Contract Medical Officer.

b) CAS SPECIALISTS I a) Total Marks :100 b) 65 % will be allocated for aggregate of marks obtained in all the years in P.G. Diploma or any other equivalent qualification C) 10 o/o will be allocated for P.G. Degree/ DNB/ equivalent qualification. d) Weightage up to 15 o/o will bc Aiven to the doctors working on contract basis with the conditions shown at B of this para subject to their satisfactory service certified by the competent authority. e) Up to 10 marks @1.0 mark per each completed year from the date of passing the qualifying exam. f) They should have minimum Six months of continuous services as Contract Medical Officer.
