Essential Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Work with business and functional teams to gather requirements, design quality solutions, and create development specifications
• Development of ABAP code in our highly customized SAP system
• Strong problem solving skills, should be able to research and understand an undocumented set up and application
• Testing and performance tuning of developed code
• Provide on-going support of existing ABAP Developments
• Manage multiple and competing priorities
• Provide leadership and mentoring to less experienced developers
• Provide realistic development estimates
• Clearly communicate project expectations and solutions to team members and business users
• Must be willing to work in a team environment

Qualifications
Required Skills:
• 0 to 1 year of ABAP programming experience (FICO/SD/WM/PP/MM experience preferred) or equivalent system development experience.
• Strong business knowledge in Media or experience in IS Media.
• Proven experience in designing custom, end-user solutions
• Development experience with dialog/module pool programming
• Business Analyst skills and experience with business systems a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to communicate with effectively and professionally with internal and external clients
• Good team player
• Excellent organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
• Past experience in highly customized SAP Environment
• Good database knowledge
Education: 4-year college degree or 2 year technical degree with equivalent experience
