•0- 2 year experience of supporting & interacting with global clients. (Fresher can also apply)
•Minimum qualification Graduate with Excellent Communication skills (both Written and Oral)
•MUST have troubleshooting skills, communication skills training will be a plus.
•Should have exposure to basic terminologies of the computer, internet usage.
•Exposure to Macintosh environment would be an added advantage.
•Publishing Domain knowledge will be another additional plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Supporting Worldwide Quark Desktop German/English customers via Chat, Emails or Phone.
•Communicate all issues internally and externally with complete knowledge of managing Customer expectations.
•Answer day to day queries and ensure FTR.
•Follow-up with customers within a 24-hour period through email and calls as requested with regards to the initial phone, email or chat..
•Knowledge of Quark products and various new updates for related software required with it.
•Recognize and determine trends in problem occurrence or workflow.
•Recognizing and managing assertive customer calls.
•Promote teamwork and call center success.
•Report any customer reported issues encountered to the supervisor for further testing and logging.
