. Reviewing the order status and advising with latest information of the order.
. Building rapport with the customers by providing unexceptional services and generating revenue for the company.
. Balancing First Contact Resolution between Customers and Clients by providing utmost services to resolve the issues.
. Assisting international customers with locating merchandise, by ordering merchandise online with store pick up or home delivery or shipping.
