Taking References and building a long-term relationship with Candidates.
Sending Letter of Job Opportunity, Interview Call Letter.
Formatting Resumes and crosschecking the Quality before forwarding to Clients side .
Coordination with Candidates & Clients, Scheduling Interview, Taking Feedback.
Salary Negotiation and Reference Check and Providing final offer.
Resume Mining and Database Management.
Maintaining MIS to trace the bottleneck situation
Experience: 0 to 2 yrs
Education: (UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization) OR (PG – MBA/PGDM – HR/Industrial Relations) AND ( Doctorate – Any Doctorate – Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required)

Candidate must possess excellent communication skills.
