Bachelors degree required; preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths or Statistics
Experience (project-related, undergraduate experience or intern) with B2B, Technology Consulting or Technology firms preferred, but not essential.
Experience in organising events or extracurricular activities would be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of internet/web; an avid internet user
Technical background or ability to pick up technology concepts quickly
Ability to demonstrate strong commitment and willingness to learn
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Team Player – works well with other team members and values their efforts and contributions
Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment and will display creative and analytical problem solving skills.
Intermediate/Advanced skills in MS Office specifically MS Excel

JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Performance Monitoring of global websites using Omniture Web Analytics and/or other similar tools.
Defining and reporting of actionable metrics based on Traffic patterns/trends.
Be proactive in investigating and eliminating root cause barriers to accuracy, response time and availability of the site.
Creating and reporting on Dashboards by pulling data from different data sources/websites and reporting to key stakeholders.
Develop and implement ‘Test & Learn’ approach and ensure documentation of processes.
Mentoring and share best practices with new hires
