· Superior understanding of performance engineering fundamentals.
· Superior understanding of performance issues in large, complex web based application.
· Must have experience with a multi-user performance driving tools such as jmeter, Loadrunner, or SilkPerformer.
· Experience with performance monitors such as dynatrace is desired.
· Must be familiar with monitoring tools on Linux such as top, vmstat, sar.
· Must be comfortable working on Linux and have understanding of process and file management.
· Must be able to write scripts in a shell, perl, python, or JavaScript programming language.
· Possess a good understanding of Java application servers and performance interfaces and monitoring tools.
· Possess a basic understanding of Oracle, SQL tuning, and OLTP concepts.
